I have been talking with a reader off an on over the past few weeks about motivation with the gym. I really blew my workout schedule last weekend and am paying the consequences this week.
I guess it's all about how focused I can be over the next few months to make something happen. I know I can do it, I just need to put up and do it.
The holidays are very hard to do so because of the parties, sweets and other temptations that are there. This is going to be a good work out week for me. I can already feel it.
Thought I would give you guys some hotness to look at for motivation.
