Happy New Year! The end of 2008 wasn't all I thought it was going to be. I had been debating on what to do for NYE and decided to head up to my buddies. I went against my gut feeling and went.
Now, is it what I wanted New Years to be? No. While I don't regret going, I do wish it was different. At one point I realized I was the 10th Wheel of a party full of couples. Not even a cute straight guy to hit on.
Next year, depending on how the year finishes I will head into New York and have a NYC New Years I never had even when I lived there.
I have had some interesting developments over the last 5 days. I don’t want to jinx anything so I am hoping falls into place.
