I have been such the slacker when it comes to reading blogs. I checked in with a few of my favorite ones a few minutes ago and started writing this entry as I was reading and doing the last part of my day here at work. I am training a new girl here at work. She is very pretty, smart (has a masters degree) but has never worked in television before. So it’s hard trying to do your job, show her how to do her new job with her having no skills or knowledge of working in television news.
I also realized that my superiors must have a LOT of confidence in me for letting me work my regular shift AND train her at the same time. It’s just getting really busy and taking time away from my job search. HaHa.
